Tie your hair back so your hairline and jaw are visible. Stand in front of a mirror in good light.

Step 2: Measure these 4 points

Forehead width — measure across the widest point, roughly halfway between your eyebrows and hairline

Cheekbone width — across the widest point of your cheeks, from the outer corner of one eye to the other

Jaw width — from one jaw angle to the tip of the chin, then double it
